BY SENDING A TRANSFER TO X-RING SUPPLY, YOU AGREE TO ALL TERMS BELOW. YOU MUST FILL OUT THE TRANSFER REQUEST FORM BEFORE YOU BUY/SEND US A GUN
Before you buy a firearm somewhere else, CHECK WITH US FIRST. Enter the UPC into our online store, or search for it by name. For most modern guns we likely have the item in stock at a similar or in most cases a lower price. Plus you will save money on shipping and transfer fees.
If you buy a gun somewhere else for below MAP(lowest Manufacture Advertised Price), we cannot complete the transfer as we can lose our ability to sell that brands products. We will refuse the transfer.
If you send us a firearm that is not compliant with Delaware state law, we will refuse the transfer. We are not accepting transfers of completed lower receivers or pistols with threaded barrels.
We do not accept HiPoint, Taurus, SCCY or other brands of similar price point, as they have a disproportionately high failure rate. If you are not sure then please ask using the transfer form before you send it.
Do not order a firearm for someone else. If you are attempting to transfer or purchase a firearm for someone else it is a straw purchase. We will refuse the transfer.
If you are a prohibited person, do not send us a transfer. If you are denied or we suspect a straw purchase we will charge a $100 fee.
We do not accept transfers from the following companies, as they are known to violate map pricing and/or be on multiple brands DO NOT SELL LIST:
Helacious, DR Gun Supply, Cheap Gun Club, Grove Gun Shop, Guns2Ammo, gunzonedeals, Lockedandloaded, LibertyChest, Family Firearms, Battlehawk Amory, Dahlonega, g4g guns. If you send a gun from one of these companies, or any other company that we find is violating MAP pricing, we will deny the transfer.
If a customer is exploiting a website error, either our website or another companies website, we reserve the right to refuse any sale or transfer. Exploitation attempts will result in banning of the customer.
If you are unsure of any of the above conditions, please fill out the transfer form and let us know your questions.
Fill out the transfer request form BEFORE you make the purchase, ideally at least a day or two in advance so we can respond if we see any issues. Lack of a response does not indicate your transfer request is accepted.
For all of the above issues - If we are forced to refuse the transfer you will have to (1) pay us the transfer fee and (2) contact the seller and have them send us return postage, or pay for the postage cost yourself. We will not return mail the firearm until the fees and postage have been paid.
Person to Person Transfer: $30 per firearm (regardless of the outcome of the background check, denial fee is an additional $100). Additional firearms are $20 as long as they are from the same seller. Both parties must be present to perform the transfer. There is no need for an appointment or to fill out transfer form. All guns transferred must be DE compliant. If it is not DE compliant and the buyer is an out of state resident, the transfer must be done in their home state.
Dealer to Dealer Transfer:$50 per firearm (regardless of the outcome of the background check, denial fee is an additional $100). Additional firearms are $40 as long as they are from the same seller. If denied, we can provide you with the needed information to appeal the denial with the government. If you appeal and your denial is overturned within 30 days, we will use the denial fee towards your purchase or issue store credit.
If you are purchasing a gun that is priced much less somewhere else, it is very likely under the Manufacture's Minimum Advertised Price(MAP). X-Ring Supply has extremely competitive prices, and if you are finding it considerably lower somewhere else, including shipping and transfer fees, you should suspect they are circumventing MAP policy. These online stores are on many brand's DO NOT SELL LISTS and we cannot complete the transfer. Always submit the form atleast a day or two before you buy so we can let you know if the seller is a MAP violator. If you are not sure, ask.
We discourage individual seller's sending us guns. It is best practice, but not required, to send to us through an FFL.
If an individual is sending us the gun, make sure they include a color copy of their drivers license, signed bill of sale and contact information for both the buyer and seller.
