Individuals shipping firearms face a myriad of restrictions and regulations, with most carriers like Fedex, USPS and UPS having either completely banned or highly regulated individuals shipping firearms.
X-Ring Supply will ship firearms for individuals, to other FFLs. This is called an FFL to FFL transfer. FFL to FFL transfers are done when guns need to be transferred between Federal Firearms Licensed dealers. Due to X-Ring Supply policy, this is the only way we will ship firearms. No exceptions. Federal law requires that all modern firearms be shipped to a holder of a valid Federal Firearms license.
Transfer fee is $50 for the first firearm, and $35 for each additional firearm, as long as it going to the same receiving FFL.
Shipping Cost is the cost the carrier charges us for shipping, plus any additional costs for packaging materials.
The greater in weight and size, the greater the shipping cost.
We ship only within the United States (50 States). No international shipping.
Handguns must be shipped overnight (fast).
Long Guns can be shipped by ground (slower)
We only accept firearms for shipping Monday thru Friday from 10AM to 4PM (no exceptions).
Bring your firearm into the shop, make sure it is unloaded and in a case. If you have packing materials bring them too, but do not seal the box shut, as we must log the gun into our bound book.
Bring the receiving FFLs information - Name, location, phone number and email so we know where to ship it. Please provide accurate FFL contact information. Not having accurate FFL contact information will cause shipping delays.
We will pack, weight and measure the package, then charge you the exact shipping cost plus the transfer fee.
Generally, a new, clean and unmarked cardboard box is acceptable, with packing paper, or plastic air bubbles to prevent shifting during transit.
No barcodes or firearm related branding is allowable on the shipping box.
We can also provide packing but will be added to the general shipping fee. Standard safety practices apply when shipping firearms, such as making sure the firearm is not loaded.
