Acknowledgement of Costs: Customers acknowledge that X-Ring Supply incurs immediate costs and dedicates time to the preparation of each order upon placement, even before the shipment process begins. This investment begins at the moment an order is placed by the customer.

Cancellation Fees Before Processing: Should you decide to cancel your order for any reason before it is submitted for processing, you agree to be responsible for a cancellation fee amounting to 10% of your order total. This fee is imposed to help us maintain low prices for our entire customer base.

Cancellation Fees After Processing: In the event that you cancel your order after it has been submitted for processing, you agree to cover the original shipping cost, return shipping cost, any applicable RTS (Return to Sender) fees, other associated charges, and a 20% order cancellation fee. No refunds, whether partial or full, will be issued until the returned product has been received and processed by X-Ring Supply. This policy is in place to ensure we can continue offering competitive prices.

Cancellation Requests: To cancel an order, please send your request via email to sales@x-ringsupply.com. Your cancellation will not be considered valid until you receive written confirmation from X-Ring Supply. Please note that we process cancellation requests Monday through Friday, from 6 PM to 9 PM, excluding holidays. We strive to process these requests within two business days, though processing times may extend during holiday periods.

Consent to Pay Cancellation Fees: By placing an order with X-Ring Supply, you consent to the stipulated cancellation fees (10% for orders not yet processed, and 20% for orders that have been submitted for processing) in addition to any shipping, return, or other associated fees, should you choose to cancel your placed order.
