Can you hold an in-store firearm for me so I can pick it up in a day or two?
Unfortunately we do not hold firearms. You can purchase it online and then we pull it from the floor. Then you can pick it up whenever it suits you in the next two weeks.
Do you have ________ In Stock? Can you order it for me? aka Product Inquiry
All of our inventory is displayed on our website in real time. If an item shows as out of stock, that means that we are unable to order for you at this time. If you would like to receive a notification once the item is back in stock, simply click on the “notify me when in stock” button. Once the item is available, we will send you a notification email which will allow you to order the item at that time. If you have a questions about a product, fill out the Product Inquiry Form.
How long does it take for my order to ship? How can I check on order status?
We process orders the same day that we recieve them. If we are shipping an order, you will recieve an email with tracking informaiton once the package has been shipped, this is usually under three business days from placing the order. If you haven’t recieved a shipping email, check your spam folder. If you still haven’t recieved an email, fill out the Order Support Form.
Can I pick up my order in-store?
Yes. Choose in-store pickup at checkout. If buying a pistol or lower receiver, make sure you are a Delaware resident, otherwise we need to ship to an FFL in your home state.
Do you accept firearm transfers?
Yes, but it must follow our transfer rules and you must fill out our transfer form. All transfer information is on our firearm transfer page.
