Firearm Shipping Services
Individuals shipping firearms face a myriad of restrictions and regulations, with most carriers like Fedex, USPS and UPS having either completely banned or highly regulated individuals shipping firearms.
X-Ring Supply will ship firearms for individuals, to other FFLs. This is called an FFL to FFL transfer. FFL to FFL transfers are done when guns need to be transferred between Federal Firearms Licensed dealers. Due to X-Ring Supply policy, this is the only way we will ship firearms. No exceptions. Federal law requires that all modern firearms be shipped to a holder of a valid Federal Firearms license.

** Carrier insurance is $100 maximum unless the customer pays for insurance. It is available for $2 per $100 of additional insurance. For example to insure for $500 it is an additional $10.

Authorization & Waiver of Liability
By shipping a firearm with X-Ring Supply, you certify that:
- All information provided is true and accurate to the best of my knowledge.
- I understand and agree that X-Ring Supply is acting solely as a shipping intermediary and has no control over the shipping carrier’s handling of this firearm.
- I release and hold harmless X-Ring Supply, its employees, owners, and agents from any liability or responsibility in the event the item is delayed, lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit due to carrier error, natural events, or mishandling beyond X-Ring Supply’s control.
- I understand that it is my responsibility to ensure the receiving FFL is valid, willing to accept the transfer, and complies with all applicable local/state/federal laws.
- I have confirmed that the recipient is legally eligible to take possession of the firearm.
